SmarttPanel Quick Reference Guide

The table below list instructions for completing some basic tasks with SmarttPanel. SmarttPanel is powered by Parallels® Plesk software. For more detailed instructions, view the full Plesk documentation here.

To log in...

1.     Go to http://www.smartt.com/smarttpanel, and then click Log In.

2.     Type your Username and Password.

3.     Click Log In.

Don't have your Username or Password? Email or phone SmarttNet Support at 604-473-9700.

To change your password...

1.     Click your name at the top of the page.

2.     In the General tab, type your new password.

3.     Retype your password.

4.     Click OK.

To upload a file to your site...

1.     In the Websites & Domains tab, click Files Manager.

2.     Click the folder where you want to add the new file.

3.     Click Add New File.

4.     Click Upload file.

5.     Browse to the file location and click Open.

6.     Click OK.

To set file and directory access permissions, see Setting File and Directory Access Permissions (Windows Hosting).  

To remove a file from your site...

1.     In the Websites & Domains tab, click File Manager.

2.     Select the check box next to the file that you want to remove.

3.     Click Remove.

4.     Select the box next to Confirm removal.

5.     Click OK.
