Key Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ("The BGMC's"):

Client Relationship Builder::

  • Be the trusted advisor for our clients, ensuring open and consistent communication.
  • Dive deep into client goals and develop customized digital marketing strategies that deliver.
  • Regularly check in with clients, offering detailed progress updates and actionable insights.

Digital Campaign Specialist:

  • Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Keep a close eye on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GSC, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Generate and analyze monthly performance reports to track success and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Craft and manage engaging content for Smartt’s platforms, including vibrant social media posts and informative newsletters.

Creative Visionary:

  • Develop captivating content that aligns perfectly with client branding and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with designers and creative teams to produce stunning visuals and multimedia content.
  • Innovate and experiment with fresh ideas to boost campaign impact.

Strategic Thinker:

  • Benchmark performance and constantly seek areas for improvement.
  • Focus on long-term growth, ensuring we don’t spread our resources too thin.
  • Foster a mindset of strategic thinking to prevent stagnation and drive continuous improvement.

About You

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and account management.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and execute top-tier digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong technical skills in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as a dynamic part of a team.
